Beginner
We have five terms for beginner course, Beginner A, B, C, D, E. On completion of Beginner course, students can conduct daily conversations and recognize at least 100 words, we also encourage and teach students how to write characters as well.

On completion of Beginner A, students will be able to:
- make a self-introduction including their names, nationality and occupation;
- ask other people about their names, nationality and occupation.
- learn and practice Chinese phonetics (pinyin) with focus on the four tones (ā á ǎ à).
- count from 0 to 100 and 1000 in Chinese.
- express basic actions and future actions.
Regarding hand writing, students will know that Chinese characters are formed by strokes and practice writing simple Chinese radicals and characters.
On completion of Beginner B, students will be able to:
- make an invitation
- talk about activities
- read time and talk about activities using time
- talk about stuffs using measure words
- talk about date and celebration of festivals
- talk about plans in future
- talk about hobbies
Students will focus on building the connection between pronunciation and meaning, thus to develop abilities to recognize characters.
On completion of Beginner C, students will be able to:
- talk about transportation
- learn about adjectives to describe things
- make comparison between two things
- ask for location and give directions
- talk about illness
- go shopping and ask for prices
Students will focus on building the connection between pronunciation and meaning, thus to develop abilities to recognize characters. They will also try to practice writing key Chinese characters in the text.
On completion of Beginner D, students will be able to:
- order food in restaurant and pay the bill
- talk about sports
- talk about their hobbies in sports
- use model verbs correctly
- buy a mobile phone
- make comparison about sports
- make an appointment by phone call
Students will try to read texts without pinyin, and the ability to recognize Chinese characters is largely improved.
On completion of Beginner E, students will be able to:
- talk and give feedback to an activity through phone
- talk about Chinese time and date (Eg, the week before)
- use authentic way to give comment of actions
- use authentic way to indicate the quickness and lateness of actions
- know how to write diaries
- know how to write emails
Students will try to read texts without pinyin and the ability of recognize Chinese characters is largely improved. They begin to write their own sentences in Chinese characters. They begin to practice complex grammar systematically.
Intermediate Course
We have five terms for Intermediate course, Intermediate A, B, C, D, E. On completion of Intermediate course, students can read passages and conduct long and deep conversations in daily life. We will also talk about Chinese cultures such as painting, operas and the Great Wall, etc. Students are more familiar with Chinese characters and begin to write in Chinese in a more confident way.

On completion of Intermediate A, students will be able to:
- talk about how to change the product if the size is not suitable
- talk about things with similar features
- talk about how to take and transfer between public transportations
- use topic-comment sentence
- write thankful-email
- talk about holiday plans
- book hotels
On completion of Intermediate B, students will be able to:
- use simple directional compliment
- use sentences with emphasis on disposal “把”
- talk about Chinese clothing and style
- make more specific comparisons between two different objects
- learn more about Chinese painting and its difference from Oil painting
- learn about famous Chinese Painters and their painting style
- use indications words to show completion of an action
- use Chinese verbs in a playful way
On completion of Intermediate C, students will be able to:
- talk about Chinese New Year and related activities
- talk about Traditional Chinese Music
- talk about Chinese Opera including Beijing Opera and regional Opera
- talk about Chinese Literature including “The Dream of Red Chamber”
- talk about the Great Wall and climbing
On completion of Intermediate D, students will be able to:
- use passive voice in daily conversations
- talk about Chinese learning achievements and culture
- use authentic way to talk about activities such as make appointments for casual events between friends
- use various kinds of complements
- use aspects of an action
On completion of Intermediate E, students will be able to:
- express our opinions and give an example
- use superlative degree to make comparisons
- know more about Chinese word formation methods
- talk about Chinese culture of celebrating festivals and gift-giving
- show appreciation to friends about gifts
Advanced Course
We have five terms for the Advance course, Advance A, B, C, D, E. On completion of advance courses, students can express their own opinions in daily life and also some social issues, thus to conduct more confident communication with other people.
Kids Class
Our Kids Chinese Classes are designed to be familiar with the language while having lots of fun. The students will learn the language through pictures, games, songs, and cultural activities. Our lessons are aimed to trigger their curiosity and enhance their learning.
